Infinite Advisors was founded by the practitioners who built a Client Advisory Services practice inside a public accounting firm, then turned what they learned into a system other firms could use.
Christine began her career in public accounting in 1996 and Michelle in 2000. They have been practitioners in this space for 55+ years combined and have learned how to scale CAS quickly, given they were early adopters in CAS.
In 2008, Christine and Michelle Welch started the firm's CAS practice from the ground up. Christine went on to become the West Regional CAS Partner at BDO and manage the National CAS technology team; Michelle became the technical architect behind the training curriculum that would eventually power Infinite Ties. Together they built and scaled a CAS practice across multiple offices of different sizes, including integrating U.S. and offshore teams to increase margins and capacity.
Deneen Dias, who had spent 15+ years guiding firms through the shift to advisory and facilitating CPA.com's Digital CAS Roadmap Workshop, joined as Chief Marketing Officer, connecting strategy, technology, marketing, and client experience so firms could translate the model into their own growth plans.
Together, the three of them built Infinite Advisors: a way to bring the CAS operating model they built from the inside to firms nationally, and Infinite Ties →, a membership community for CAS professionals at every stage.
